My husband loves to hear about the compliments the guys (as opposed to the boys, which are the cats) get as we’re out & about.

Today I was dropping them off at daycare, as it’s cat rescue day. One of the people in the office was commenting that she thought a certain dog had the cutest tail at the daycare (which is pretty large), but that was until she saw Lola and was reminded of what a cute tail she has.

And it is cute. Everyone comments on it. But cute is as cute does, I say, a la “Forrest Gump”.

Lola is doing very well, especially with the last couple of days of almost none-stop rain — and no accidents! I’m sure there are more accidents in our future, but so far the housetraining is going very well. Although I can’t wait til the day I can trust her in the house like I do Chester, and don’t have to worry about where she is when she’s out of sight!
